| Scott Malia, General Manager |

Scott Malia joined Consona in October 1994 as an account executive for new system sales. He was later promoted to regional sales manager for the southeast territory. In August 2003, Malia was named director, sales and served in this role until he was promoted to general manager of Consona ERP in January 2006. As general manager of Consona ERP, Malia is responsible for the strategic management and profitable growth of the division’s nine enterprise resource planning product lines.
Prior to joining Consona, Malia worked at CAD/CAM Engineering as a sales representative and was in charge of launching the company’s reseller channel for the Keywill system, a micro-ERP software package. Malia also spent more than nine years in the manufacturing environment while employed at PM Company, a converter and supplier of business machine rolls and banking and financial products. During his tenure at PM Company, Malia held many positions, including accounting/job costing, production scheduler, production manager and sales representative.

| Steve Bailey, Vice President, Research and Development |

Steve Bailey joined Consona in February 2006 as chief technology officer, and was named vice president, technology in February 2008. Prior to joining Consona, Bailey served as director of architecture for 20th Century Fox, where he created the architecture department and was responsible for both software development and the growth of the company’s global IT infrastructure.
Throughout his career, Bailey has served in technical management positions at several Fortune 500 companies, holding responsibility for software design, consulting and global IT infrastructure growth. Bailey served as vice president, software development for BondNet Trading Systems where he was responsible for the design and construction of a nationwide distributed bond trading system. In a previous role, Bailey worked as director of the object oriented consulting practice for Tier Technologies.
A published author and U.S. patent holder, Bailey has designed and implemented multiple software operations, including the software development processes for a Siemens software factory unit, and more recently, the 24/7 operational processes for the No. 1 automotive Web site on the Internet, http://www.toyota.com/.
Bailey holds a B.S. in microbiology from Purdue University and an M.S. in molecular biology from Washington University in St. Louis. |
| Bill Hanes, Vice President, Sales and Marketing |

Bill Haynes joined Consona in July 1995 as an implementation consultant and later as manufacturing application consultant. Haynes was then promoted to manager, manufacturing application consulting and later served as director, customer sales. In 2006, Haynes became vice president of sales for Consona ERP. In 2008, Haynes gained responsibility for Consona ERP’s marketing activities.
Under Haynes’ management, Consona ERP has consistently surpassed its revenue goals and successfully integrated newly acquired products.
Prior to joining Consona, Haynes worked as a production manager for an aerospace company. His career also included work as an application consultant for a scheduling software company.

| Frank O'Nell, Vice President, Product Management |

Frank O’Nell joined Consona in 1998 as an implementation consultant. Since then, he has served as business partner services manager and product manager. While at Consona, O’Nell has played a vital role in managing the product direction of multiple ERP products, as well as taking several new products to market.
O’Nell has 20 years of experience in production management and systems implementation in the manufacturing industry. Prior to Consona, O’Nell served as ERP project manager and subsequently director of materials for Cherrydale Farms, Inc. He also held positions as vice president of operations and vice president of production at MCF Machine Co. and Portage Electric Products, respectively.
Nell holds a B.S. in general engineering from the U.S. Military Academy and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University. |
| Todd Schulte, Vice President, Support and Education |

Todd Schulte joined Consona in March 1994 and serves as vice president of customer support and education for Consona ERP. In this role, Schulte oversees the strategic planning and execution of all customer support and education operations across the entire Consona ERP family of products.
Schulte has held various positions throughout his tenure at the company, including support analyst; education specialist; primary developer of Made2Manage Time2Value tools; product manager, designer and manager of Consona Expert, Consona’s award-winning customer Web site; product manager, services; and director, support and education. Prior to Consona, Schulte worked as a programmer for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.

| Milt Volosyn, Vice President, Professional Services |

Milt Volosyn began his tenure at Consona in July 1996 as an implementation consultant. He later became the first implementation consulting manager, growing the group to more than 20 consultants. Volosyn assumed the role of manager, development services in June 2000; director, technical services in 2003; and was later promoted to vice president, professional services for all Consona ERP product lines in January 2006.
Volosyn has more than 30 years of data processing experience. Prior to joining Consona, he worked as an information and implementation consultant in the software industry. Additionally, he owned an OEM equipment distribution business for 13 years.
Volosyn attended the University of Wisconsin and Cleveland State University, majoring in business and data processing. |
| Mehul Dave, Vice President, International Operations |

Mehul Davé joined Consona in December 2005. Before joining Consona, Davé was founder, president and CEO of Cimnet Systems, Inc. Davé has played a key role in all aspects of the business, including product development, marketing and sales, finance and accounting, and administration. He was instrumental in delivering systems to more than 200 companies around the world. Davé was promoted to vice president of international operations for the Consona ERP division in March 2008.
Prior to Cimnet Systems, Davé served as president of Martek, Inc. While at Martek, he was responsible for the startup and ongoing management of the organization. His responsibilities included product development and marketing, as well as the ongoing management of growth. Prior to Martek, Davé worked as a research scientist at Argonne National Laboratory.
Davé was selected as a finalist in the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1997. He was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in February 1999.
Davé holds an M.S. in systems analysis from the University of Illinois, and has completed coursework toward a Ph.D. in space physics at the University of Michigan. |
