Consona provides ongoing account management services to ensure the post-implementation success of your solution. Each Consona customer is assigned a customer account manager whose primary responsibility is ensuring your overall satisfaction. Our customer account managers work with all levels of your organization (including sales, marketing, support, services, and IT) to intimately understand your business, answer your questions, and jointly work with you to develop solutions for ongoing business process improvement.

Your Customer Account Manager will help you:

  • Manage user adoption and planning for ongoing training and education.
  • Identify key changes to your business and the potential impact on your implementation and recommend strategies for closing any "gaps."
  • Build a long-term plan for ongoing business process improvement.
  • Track and measure success to show your return on investment.
  • Understand new product and service offerings and how they might impact your business.
  • Learn best practices from fellow users or industry/product experts.
  • Establish a customer community with other Consona customers.
